Mold Stains?

I posted a few months ago about some hand-me-down diapers that had mold on them. I didn't see it before DS used them and the mold was right against his skin! After he peed on them they reeked of mold.

I got a lot of great responses here and have now bleached them, put lemon juice on them and sunned them. They smell amazing. I had 6 pockets and a couple inserts with mold on them and I have been able to salvage 3 of the pockets. The other three seem to be permanently stained, though I'm sure the mold/spores are gone. Is it harmful to use the stained ones, or should I throw them out? Thanks!
