I need guest book help!

Hi Ladies

I'm throwing a baby shower on Sunday and I'm having all the guests sign a children's book (saw the idea on Pinterest) for the mom to read to the baby and for the baby to see later on how many people were so excited to celebrate his arrival. 

There was a really cute poem I saw once about doing this (bascially directions for the guest) and I never pinned it--does anyone know it?  I just wanted to have something cute next to the guest book.  TIA!!!
