Ugg, just got off the phone for what seems like the 90th time with my insurance company over claims they processed incorrectly. The Customer Service rep says boy they're really putting you through the ringer aren't they (umm don't you work for this company, why would you say that) then she says, "yeah I went through all that fertility stuff and then finally I said forget it, whatever happens happens and left it up to God" WTF!!!! Was she trying to make me feel better or perhaps sympathize with her so I could forget that they've been giving me the run around for three months now!!!
I'm basically shaking right now I'm so angry, and she also tried to tell me any preauthorization for June- Sept period was denied. I'm sorry but I have little faith in someone who reads my back my policy summary over the phone while they try to figure out my claims. She's knew about as much as I did about it..I need a martini.. or just a shot of tequila..
