Is it safe to be around freshly painted interior?

My work just re-painted the walls in the building, is it safe for me to be at work with the fumes??

    Generally yes.  It's even safe for you to paint while pregnant.

    When I was pregnant with dd we had our entire interior of the house painted. I didn't help paint, but I was around it just a few hours later. Take lots of breaks outdoors to get fresh air.
