A tip for keeping those pants UP!

I've been having trouble with my full-panel maternity jeans sliding down CONSTANTLY since I bought them several weeks ago.  A few days ago, I put on one of my cheap pre-pregnancy cotton tank tops on and then pulled my super sexy full panel over the tank top.  The fabrics catch against each other, so they don't slide down like they do on smooth skin!  This has majorly cut down the number of times I have to pull my pants up during the day.  Just thought I'd share for anyone encountering the same problem:)

Great idea! I usually wear my bellaband over my full paneled pants and it keeps them up really well too!

I have been doing this but I think I'm gonna start trying the tank top trick. Thanks for sharing!

  • This is brilliant!!!  Thanks for posting this, I have been struggling with this too, and it's been getting very annoying.  I can't wait to try this out. :)

  • Thanks for this tip! I did it today....just work the tank I would have worn under my maternity shirt anyway, and wore the pants panel up over the tank. It definitely helped keep the pants from sliding down - even through sitting on the floor and getting up and down several times - but I got warm, the tank plus the panel apparently didn't breathe enough. But it's a good solution, if conditions are right!
