  • I am a breastmilk overproducer too and I use the Lansinoh pads and they work great.

  • I second the Lansinoh breast pads!
  • My sister was a HUGE leaker and she swore by the medela washable ones.  She said they were thick enough to soak up just about anything.

  • I leaked a fair amount and I use Lilypadz. I LOVE them, they're so much more comfortable than pads, and I haven't had any leakage issues.

  • I like either the Medela or Lanisoh disposable ones. They are thin enough to wear under tshirts and not be noticeable.  I have some of the washable ones (can't think of the brand) but they are too thick and show through what I wear.  I'll use them more in winter when I have sweaters on.

  • Another vote for Lansinoh!  They are great.  They absorb really well, they are thin, have a nice shape, and adhesive to keep them in place.  The other brands I tried were Gerber (terrible) and Medela (ok but still like Lansinoh better)

  • Lansinoh always! They work great and they fit really nice since they are so thin.
