Is this "ghetto"?

MH insists that his bath towel match his wash cloth.  He thinks it's "ghetto" if they don't match because "what will our guests think?"  Meanwhile, our guests will never see the washcloth because it's in the shower and we always have the shower curtain closed.  Thoughts?  LMK

(My 2 bath towels (hair and body) never match.  The horrors!!)

Not ghetto.  Our bathroom is black and gray and I purposely have the Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes different shades.  Those are only the good ones.  99% of the time we use a various assortment of colors that I am not sure how we collected.

We don't have guests. I have a special hair towel, so no, my towels almost never match.

LOL. Not ghetto at all. I would think if someone's towels match the washcloths its a little snooty.

I have like 4 towels that match our bathroom and the rest are random... none that we actually use ever match... half the time the hand towel doesn't match either... if people are that judgy of my towels they shouldn't be in my house!

Or maybe I am just ghetto.

We didn't even get new towels when we bought the house, we just kind of mixed up the ones we had from college.  I still use mine, which are pink, and he still uses his which are blue.  We got the girls some big hooded towels which are white and red, and our wash cloths are either white, or were once a color and got bleached by accident.  

If people are judging me by my towels, they are not going to like the rest of my house!

I don't use a wash cloth and I just use my bath towel after washing my hands, so no?

We have 2 chairs in our living room that look like they came from a waiting room.  DH and I hate them, but they're perfectly good. . .

It's only ghetto if your guests can SEE his washcloth. And frankly, if you're showing off your used washcloth, it's kinda hopeless, anyway.

Uh, no.  I mean, we have a set that matches and is put out "to look pretty."  I would never even think twice if I was at a house and they didn't match.

Our bathroom is beachy and has light blue and tan colors in it.  So most of our towels are in those colors.

Mine always match because those are the best cloths and towels. If they didn't match it's be NBD.

I'm not even sure we have any two towels that are the same color. Infact I'm not 100% sure what the color of some of our towels are (bleach stains from home hair kits).

So if you're ghetto I'm like freaking ghettofabulous!
