This prenatal class combines meditation, yoga, and connecting and bonding with your baby.
In addition to learning the practice of prenatal yoga, this class is unique in that it combines gentle?techniques?with slightly more active physical exercise in preparation for the joys and challenges of labor and motherhood.?There is a large focus on hip opening as women hold tremendous stress and emotion in their hips during pregnancy. Additional emphasis is placed on chest openers as it becomes harder to breathe deeply while the baby sits closer to your diaphragm. ?Being a Mom requires much physical arm strength. ?This class emphasizes yoga pushups and planks. ?Scented oils are used for relaxation?at the beginning and end of the class.?
