Now that I have your attention...
Kegels are exercises that women do to strengthen their pelvic floor, which helps labor and your sex life. I thought this was a woman thing, but I was watching this week's episode of Franklin & Bash (total credible source, I know), and they were discussing men doing kegels. Is this a real thing? Do any of you do "man kegels?"
Re: Improving your sex life...
It's real. Men basically practice when they pee. While peeing you simply use the muscle in your groan area and try to stop the flow of pee. You can do this once or twice whenever you pee and you will build that muscle, but I think it's more for lasting longer in bed, it has nothing to do with parenting.
Do I do it, um, no....but as I talk about it I find myself trying one or two...
I heard that it also makes for a stronger male orgasm.
I kegal when kegal is mentioned, is that weird?
Don't. You can never go back.
I'm not going to kegel. I don't want to go to a doctor and explain I got hurt kegelling myself.
I kegaled when reading the OP, and again when I read your response. I don't know if it's weird or not, just felt like sharing.
