I'm trying to be better about my diet since my 3hr test came back that I'm glucose intolerant. I just never know what to eat. Veggies (which I love normally) have grossed me out most of my pregnancy. I can do corn, potatoes and carrots. Anything green is not happening. My biggest problem is finding food to eat for lunch and dinner. Nothing ever sounds good. Help me out, what are you ladies eating?

Re: GD or Glucose intolerant? ....What do you eat?
You can still eat carbs, you just have to limit the amounts. I have GD, and I was referred to a dietician to set up a specific diet to follow with specific amounts of carbs for snacks and meals. It also helps to pair protein with carbs. I would suggest meeting with a dietician to set up a diet specific for your needs. Good luck!

You just named three veggies that you should limit/avoid. Definitely don't eat potatoes if you are GI. Corn and carrots have a lot of starch/sugars in them.
You can eat meats, cheeses and low starch veggies.
