I've been meaning to find one since I found out I was pregnant and haven't gotten around to eat. I'm hoping doing yoga/stretching on a regular basis will maybe hopefully help me avoid another c-section.
Anybody have any good suggestions for a beginner?

Re: Suggestions for a pregnancy yoga DVD?
Jesus. Can you tell what's on my mind? LOL!
Thank you! I'll take a look at it.
I picked up "Yoga Mama" from the Crunch series at a yardsale, and I tried it for the first time yesterday. I found it relaxing, with just enough strengthening for me to feel like I'm doing something useful (although I've been a bit of a couch potato since getting pregnant, so take that statement with a grain of salt). And the instructor wasn't as irritating as what I've seen on some yoga DVDs.
