I'm a Rebecca, too! I vote for Rae b/c I like the simplicity of a one-syllable MN w/ a longer sounding FN. Plus, the other names kind of look...made up. Rebecca Rae is cute and spunky.

^^Totally agree i love rebecca rae and that flows really well
This is tough - I'm not a fan of alliterative names so Rebecca Rae and Rebecca Rayleigh are out. I'm also not a fan of "made up" names so "Rayleigh Elise" is out (and Rebecca Rayleigh) and I'm so sorry to "go there" but Rebecca Annily sounds too much like Rebecca Anally. If I had to pick one of the names I'd go with Rebecca Rae.
What about:
Rebecca Ann(e)
Rebecca Elise
?

Rayleigh Elise
Rebecca Ray
Rebecca Annily
Rebecca Rayleigh
I like them in that order.
First Child born
5/5/14 and 6/5/14
11/14
Chemical Pregnancy
9/5/15
Second after severe bleeding for 18 weeks due to subchorionic hematoma
Expecting Number 3 due 10/31/2020
I have to be difficult and suggest Rebecca Elise.
How is Rayleigh pronounced? Ray-lee or Ry-lee? If it's ray-lee, NMS. If it's Ry-lee, I don't like the spelling.
Rebecca Rae is my favorite.
