Preeclampsia ?

This is yet another subject I will be bringing up to my doctor but since I can't do it now I thought I would ask you ladies, how do they find out if you have preeclampsia because what I have read online says you can have some or no symptoms at all..it is a concern just because I have been feeling sick, blurry vision, headaches, and swelling in my left hand. I know these things can happen with pregnancy anyway so do I just ask to be tested for preeclampsia? how is this done?

Also, if you're not feeling right for any reason, it's always better to just call the doctor. It may be nothing but, if it is something, every day counts during a pregnancy, especially with multiples.

I would call your doc if you are having those symptoms. My friend is 33 weeks with a singleton and was just diagnosed with it. Her main symptom was sudden swelling in her hands. 

I had it as well, but mine came on fast and the urine test was what lead me to get induced because of mild pre-e.

always call your doc with the blurry vision!  that plus swelling were my main tipoffs...plus bw and urine tests...GL!
