Do I need a tandem also?

DH and i went ahead and bought the city mini double a few weeks ago and we have the double snap and go for when the twins are little.  Today on craigslist there is a lady selling the kolcraft double that is barely used and is $65 or best offer.  Would you make a low ball offer just to have the option of having a tandem in addition to the SBS for when the kids are are a little older?  or pass for now and see if we can make do with the SBS?  TIA!

i wouldn't worry about it now. the SNG will work for a while. we don't have a double tandem, just the SBS and i've never had trouble with it.

and if later you decide you want a tandem, i'm sure you'll be able to find another one cheap.

Yeah, I also wait and see.  Different people like different strollers.  I have both a tandem and a SBS, but I really don't *need* both. 

If you want a second stroller later, you'll probably be able to find a cheap one again.

If it is like the kolcraft I have, I would get it because that is a good price.  It comes with actual seats so you can use it when they are out of the carseats. I like having a tandem because I think they are easier to use in stores and in crowded places. I am able to use it in church since it will just sit right next to me in the pew and I am not blocking the whole aisle.
