how many weeks to find out the sex?

I was just wondering how many weeks people were when they found out the sex of the baby. I am now 18 weeks and can not wait to find out.

it depends on when you're going to have your mid pregnancy ultrasound. they'll ask you if you want to know the gender while you're there. you're 18 weeks so you should be able to find out now, i found out when what i thought was 18 weeks, the tech said i measured at 20 weeks haha.

In a doctrs office you normally don't find out till about 20 to 23 weeks I think. DH and I found out this weekend at 16 weeks, but thats because you can go to special places to find out at exactly 16 weeks, which is when the baby is fully developed. Womb with a View was where we went and I know they have them all over the US. It was $40 to find out gender and then later in the pregnancy we are doing the 3D ultrasound for 80

I was told 18 weeks is the best but I'm pretty sure with DS I found out at 18 weeks.

We did an elective ultrasound this weekend since our doctor won't do it until after 20 weeks.

My midwife won't schedule a/s until 20-22 weeks. We decided to get an elective, so we'll find out tomorrow at 16 weeks!!! I cannot wait!!!

My sister did a quick u/s when I was 16 weeks. It was confirmed he's a boy at our a/s last week at 20 weeks. Most doctors do a/s anywhere between 18-22 weeks.

We found out at 16 weeks 5 days at a gender ultrasound. However, we didn't have our anatomy scan at the doctor's office until 20 1/2 weeks. You should be finding out soon!
