Waiting on that nesting urge?

So now I am in my third trimester and I feel like there is soo much left to do, and time just keeps going by. But I can not get up the motivation or energy to actually do very much! All I want to do when I get home from work is go to bed! By the weekend I barely get the house to a workable clean, but no energy to do any more. Anyone else feel like that? Did you get your "Second wind" and get stuff done in time?

i have it now, but i'm waiting for a couple of weeks until M & F IL come out to help out. But i've had it for a couple of weeks now.

Ditto for me - poor DH usually has to fend for himself for dinner, because I'm so tired and I get home about 40 minutes before he does. I eat a bowl of cereal and I'm good to go. The house is a mess, and the nursery is still mostly a guest room. I'm just happy that I ordered the crib, and I've started looking at paint colors and getting design ideas. I think once I have a plan the energy *might* kick in.

i think mine is starting to kick in finaly.  I am starting a project list of household things i want to do, but some of it i can't do until we have the baby shower, and that's not until mid july.

Whenever I get mad at DH, I take it out on the house by cleaning. Let's just say, I have gotten a lot done lately. My list is nearly complete.

Mine has kicked in full force.  It's unreal.  I'm purging the house. 

It's different for everyone though.  My friend who had her third a few weeks ago didn't get a bit of nesting urge until about a week before the birth.

I have half of the nesting urge.  I'm cleaning more than I usually do, but I don't have the urge or patience to do the big things (i.e. shampooing the carpet, scrubbing the tubs, organizing all of the second-hand items I've received).  However, the kitchen is scrubbed, the beds are made with clean sheets, the yard is done, the laundry is caught up, and the nursery is about 80% done.  So, I don't know, but am not counting on the rest of the urge coming.

Mine comes in spurts...and it's usually directly related to DH saying he will do something (ie laundry or dishes) and then proceeds to sit on his butt and at the end of the day when I realize it he says "Oh yea, I'll do that tomorrow" I usually then proceed to loose it and go crazy.

Otherwise, I haven't felt the nesting urge quite yet I don't think. The nursery is done, but that's because DH wanted it done early...not because I had the urge to do it.

I'm sure it will happen soon enough.
