We had to up the amount of detergent we used because having hard water required more than is typically recommended for cloth diapers. After adding in a bit more detergent than usual, we then did as the above poster said and ran another full wash cycle without detergent.
Try a new detergent...RNG gave as ammonia and barnyard simultaneously. Don't know how. We use tide with our nasty well water. And try a warm first rinse with a little baking soda.

I had a similar wash routine and problem as you until I stopped all the extra rinses and just run another full wash cycle without detergent.
So much easier to just restart the cycle instead of remembering to turn on all the rinse/spins.
