What's a good price for Carter's clothing?

I want to stock up on Carter's clothes for my girl. What is a good purchase price or rock bottom price for their clothes?

There are times when I stop in and can get  boy stuff at $2-$3 then add a coupon to it.  Things seem to be $5 right now and don't know if that is too high for girls stuff (I just had a girl and not sure how their pricing is with that!)

Any ideas?

    I usually pay $5 or less for single pieces (basics), and $9 or less for sets or "fancier" pieces.

    Carter's no longer allows the use of coupons on their clearance stuff. Stinks. (In the Carter's stores, not other stores like Kohl's)

    A couple of months ago. I used my last couple of coupons to STOCK UP. Seriously. DD is only 3.5 and I have clothes for her through 6X. I got DS who is 5.5 about 7 pairs of jammies and a bunch of pants in 7, which is as big as Carter's goes for boys.

    I am totally annoyed, because my kids have worn mostly Carter's their whole lives.
