Popping and cracking sound coming from belly?!

So recently I have been hearing this popping/cracking sound coming from my belly every once in a while. I know it sounds crazy but I swear its happening. It sounds just like a joint cracking but its coming from inside my belly!! Is anyone else experiencing this sound? Know what it is?

I haven't had it this pregnancy but I had it every once in awhile with DD.  it's the craziest feeling/sound. I don't know for sure what it is but I always assumed it was just her stretching.

I"m pretty sure I experienced that with my first pregnancy.  Also this pinching from the inside.  Like baby is learning to squeeze or something.
