Nice, I was coming on here to ask if anyone has used these. I saw them at a local baby shop and liked the looks of them and wondered if they were any good. At that price I might have to try they were $19 each at the store!
I used them on my daughter until she was about five months old, then she grew out of them. Right now they are working great for my son (he's only three months old) and have been since he was about three weeks old. Just be aware that if you don't buy the AIO's, these are the covers only. You will have to buy the snap in inserts elsewhere. Even still, it's a good price.
We have used both the AIOs and the shells with the snap ins. I sold the AIOs about a year ago, they didn't fit my skinny son very well. The shells that I currently have are the hook & look version. They don't stick very well anymore. I am going to try to convert them to snaps. I also used these shells with fitteds when DS was a newborn and they worked great.
In the mean time, I bought some of the shells with snaps to give them a try.

IMO, I don't think they are big enough to be used as a fitted cover. They are very slim - I would NOT use them as one.
I like the AIOs - they fit both my kids. They do appear small, but I can still get my 34 pound toddler in it!
