T & P Needed for a Friend (Baby related)

A distant friend of mine was due to have her 2nd boy mid-July. At the beginning of her pregnancy, Gideon was diagnosed with anencephaly. I had never heard of this, but it basically means that he has no frontal lobe of his brain or skull. You can google it, but be warned that pictures are graphic. Sometimes babies with this disorder can make it to gestation, but they can't survive once born.

Anyhow, she delivered her precious baby today. He weighed 2.2 lbs. and was 14 inches long. Gideon is walking with Jesus today. Please pray for his family as they deal with this horrible loss.
