How late was your period before the pregnancy test read positive? I am 8 days late and my period is never late and it still says negative.

    My tests were positive the day I was supposed to get my period.  If you're getting negatives, you're not pregnant.  Almost everyone has a wacky cycle once in a while.

    Mine was positive 4 days before my period.

    Probably not, at 8 days late. You either ovulated late or are definitely not pregnant. Keep testing once a week til AF shows up or you get to 60 days since your last AF - and then call your doc.
