Breastflow, I love/hate you

I really like the Breastflow bottles, even though you have to take the nipple apart (NBD to me, I have a dishwasher) However, I don't think they make a stage 3/fast flow nipple. At least I haven't found any, even on The First Years site. My LO wants to drink faster but REFUSES to drink out of a different brand (tried Tommy Tippie, Nuby, Gerber). He would dehydrate rather than sip from a different nip. We already have issues drinking enough. I'm ready to poke another hole/make the hole bigger. Any other ideas or experience increasing nipple hole size?

Have you tried Dropins? DD would only drink from Breastflow as well but then one day I gave her Dropins and she loves it. Maybe trying those with the fast nipple will make him change his mind.
