I think this is less of a "duh" than the Nutella=healthy breakfast lawsuit but still up there.

Apparently there's one on Chobani yogurt too, for using evaporated cane juice in the ingredient list (=sugar) then claiming they are healthy and all-natural.

They really should teach common sense in school.

There's got to be more to it than this. You can use sugar in a product and still have a natural product. And the claim of something being healthy is purely subjective. There are so many opinions out there on what is "healthy" vs. not...
