T&P's needed for a friend of mine

I wanted to put this on this board, b/c she is also a PALer but not on TB.

My friend has a 10 year old boy and she and her husband decided to try for another baby a couple years ago - she was 4 weeks behind me when I was pregnant with DS, and when I was 38 weeks she lost her baby unexpectedly at 34 weeks. She has a blood disorder that has something to do with anemia (forgive me, I don't know all the details) and apparently she didn't know about it when she was pregnant with her angel baby, and he was born sleeping.

After this huge heartbreak, she got pregnant again late last year. She was due in mid-July with another little boy, and she had numerous pregnancy complications b/c of this anemia issue. She had to have MULTIPLE in utero blood transfusions for her little boy, which in and of itself is such a scary thing, but he was so strong each time. Unfortunately, after one of the transfusions, she went into labor and she delivered him at 26 weeks.

He is just over a month old (so around gestational age of 31 weeks at this point) and she keeps everyone updated on how he is doing every day. He's had a rough time in the NICU and he's had many episodes of breathing problems and he's already had to have at least one transfusion. She posted today on FB that he is having a very rough day today and they are actually concerned that he may not make it.

I just ask for your T&P's with all your heart to go out to her, even though you don't her. She has been through so much heartbreak, heartache, and so many challenges over the last couple years and to top it off, she was having surgery for tubal ligation today so she will not be having (or trying to have) any more children. For her to come out of that surgery to find out her little man isn't doing well at all, my heart is literally aching for her. Please send all you've got.
