I have been playing with PSE9 a little bit.  I love the clone tool and the spot healing brush. 

I still haven't figured out adjusting all the levels (highlights, saturation, hue, shadows, etc).  And I have no idea what people are talking about when they say they add layers and do options or whatever.  But I am learning.

Question- do you edit all your pictures?  Or just a few that you really like?  I only edited a handful from the first two days of our trip because it was taking me forever.
