I hadn't heard of it until my MIL (who is a HB MW) mentioned it. It's super high in vitamin k & chlorophyll, along w/ other vitamins. It's the vit k that helps with the clotting I guess. It's also good if you plan on skipping the infant vit k shot at birth (my LO had bruising so we did the shot - I'm not risking her on something like that)
There's not really much proof that it works but I checked w/ my dr & there weren't any risks either so I thought I'd give it a try. I had planned on taking it the last 6weeks but I started a week late & she came early do I only took it for 3weeks. I took 2 capsules w/ food 3-4x daily.
Obviously check w/ your dr before if you want to try it.
