Night Terrors?

So I am thinking H might be having them.

He normally SSTN without a peep until 7, but the past few nights he wakes up crying for maybe a minute and then falls back asleep on his own. Even DH said last night he sounds like he is still sleeping. The crying isn't loud and it lasts for a minute and then he goes back to sleep. Last night he did it 5 times and he is still sleeping and its 8:15! I just checked on his and he's ok but I feel bad for the little guy :(

    Oh geesh, I'm sorry that he is dealing with that. Is there a way to make them stop?
