Extreme belly pain when laying on either side?

It has always been uncomfortable, but last night was horrid. I cannot lay on either side without intense pain all through my belly.  On my back the top of my belly gets tingly and he pushes too much on my lungs. Is this "normal"? I feel like I literally got no sleep last night.

I would call the doctor just to be safe. If it's nothing, no harm done.

Yeah call the doc just to be safe, though they'll probably send you to L&D.

This is how I felt, pain way low in my belly when laying on either side. Got so bad that I couldn't even roll over in bed without there being pain. Called doctor and went in. Ends up I have a UTI. Call and get checked out!
