PCOS, Menopour & next steps

Has anyone not responded to Menopur with the DX of PCOS?  I am on day 24 - with no measureable follies   This is the second cycle with no or little response.  I go in tomorrow for WTH appt with the RE (it's also a monitoring appt), but he wants to take a look himself AND talk...

I am on 3 powders a day - 225.  Maybe something exciting will happen overnight...but otherwise I am looking to hear what other's next steps were.
