which position for baby k'tan?

i tried it and my baby's head isnt supported and just hangs back,  i watched a youtube video so i know i did it right, but wondering if i should ne doing a different hold.  im borrowing it and dont have instructions.

I use the Kangaroo position with my little guy. He loves the K'tan and falls asleep in it very quickly once he gets sleepy.

My guy loves the hug position and if he falls asleep i just put a little of the material around the back of his head to keep it from rolling

i would suggest the hug position. we love this hold. you can spread the fabric nice and wide to create a good seat and also to give your lo head support.
