Trouble TTC

workout dvd n3tr

I am looking for workout dvd recommendations. I do have bad knees, so that makes it tough to find something that isn't high impact.  Which ones do you use?

I love Jillian Michael's dvds, my favorite one is 'No more trouble zones'
    Me: 32, DH: 34.
Trying since Jan 2011. Unexplained IF.
    2 IUIs = BFN.
    1 IVF (Dec 2013) = BFN.
    FET, 2 frosties (June 13, 2014)

    14dp5dt-June 27 -BFP, beta 2061. 2nd beta >5000, 3rd beta >5000, 2 sacs 06/30.
Twin Girls - 02/11/15 - at 37 weeks (no NICU, home with me at 3 days).
  • Agree with the Jillian Michaels.  My favorite of hers is the Ripped in 30 cause she does a 3-2-1 technique and  it really gets you going and it is in small intervals so it doesnt seem so bad. Also, it has 3 levels so you can stay at level 1 until you feel fully comfortable. Check on amazon, they usually have pretty good pricing. :)

Ditto, I have her 30 day shred DVD and love it. I also have a pilates DVD I just started and can't remember the name of, but it kills my stomach when I do it. And sometimes I throw in a Tae Bo DVD just to mix things up a bit.

I, too, have jumped on the JM bandwagon.  I have the 30 day shred and need to start doing it again.  Some of the activities (esp level 3) are high impact with a lot of jumping.  She suggests a few modifciations but gives you no alternative to jumping jacks Stick out tongue

I think I got it for around $6 on Amazon. Definitely worth it IMO.
