Can anyone tell me how to create a "pinboard" for nursery ideas?

I'm not even sure if that's what its called but I see lots of people having what looks like a pin board where you can put pictures for your nursery ideas etc. Anyone know what I am talking about and can tell me what site to use? TIA! 

ETA: Not talking about pinterest

    Most people use a program like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. You could use Powerpoint if you don't have anything else, then export the file as a .jpg.
