Trouble w/ Uterine Lining & Fluid

This is my first post so please excuse my inexperience with abbreviations

We've been TTC for 2 yrs. I do not get my period w/out being on birth control. Tried clomid, nothing. Did 3 IUIs, unsuccessful w/ 1 ectopic.

Moved to IVF and had retrieval in March, resulting in 6 embryos. Could not have fresh transfer b/c of high E2 levels. 1st FET attempt my lining was too thin and fluid found in the uterus, cancelled. My dosage of estrace was upped for the 2nd FET attempt and I increased my acupuncture sessions. End result was the same, lining too thin and fluid in my uterus.

Has anyone had any similar issues? The nurse told me I would need to discuss with the doc on re-evaluating my situation. I am scheduled to speak with him today. I've heard the fluid could be an issue with my tubes, but not sure what else I should question with the doc? Is there anything else to build the lining if estrace does not work?
