Has anyone been to the Trellis School?

DS has been in a speech program at Kennedy Krieger since November, but that program is coming to a close and we are looking at our options to see what the best fit is for him. His SLP talked to me about the Shafer Center and Trellis. I noticed Trellis has a Love 2 Learn clinic for children starting at 18 months. Has anyone gone there and have any good or bad thoughts on it?

    We are starting at the Love 2 learn clinic this summer. DS just turned 2 and received an autism DX this past April.  I don't know anyone personally who had a child attend however; I have heard good things through my SLP's network.   We took a tour and were pretty pleased with what we saw/discussed.  

    What program did you complete at KKI?

    We did the Little Learners program. It was a 6 month speech program and was great!

     Is the Love 2 Learn clinic a one on one or do they have any group classes?

    No group classes for Love 2 Learn-it is 1:1 since it is Verbal Behavior therapy.
