Shots

We took the girls for their 4 month shots on Monday and DD1 got them first and her crying got DD2 really upset before she even started getting hers.  Do you guys split up the kids when they get immunizations?  If so, at what age did you start?  Either my mom or H goes with me so I always have someone else there.

    We get two nurses to come in and do them simultaneously. I tend to one and my husband tends to the other.

    I always take both by myself.  It's heartbreaking but, it has to be done.  Just wait until they are four and you have to start holding them down, kicking and screaming.

    Yeah, not looking forward to that.  I figured by that point it would be next to impossible to have the second one watch the first get theirs and still get their shots.
