CS in MD

My ex just got served so we are awaiting the court date.  I just want to know that process in how it is determined.  He picks our 2 children up everyday from school & daycare because he gets off work at 230 and keeps them until I get off work at 5, then I go get them.  He then has them everyother weekend.  Since MD generally goes on Overnight visits.  Would I be awarded less in CS because of him having them the 2 1/2 hours each day I am at work?

    I think they just consider overnight time, from what I can remember of the process. Unless he makes over a certain amount of money, then it is left up to the judges discretion (that's always fun).

    From my experience it ws based on what he actually makes and the time spent together.

    He makes more than me but only keeps them overnight everyother weekend.  I was just wondering how him keeping them until I get off work would play into figuring out a schedule.
