    PB and J!!!

Can you put an ice pack in?  That would help.

    Add some chips, a Go-gurt, some grapes/an apple/an orange/whatever fruit.

  • Avent had little flat ice packs for baby bottles but I still use them for the boys lunch box they are fab! But I would just add nibbles, bits of fruit and veg and a sandwhich with mini chedders and such like xx

PB and J is the best and if you can't do peanut butter, there are other things that go with Peanut Butter - sun butter and other things.  My older DD hates peanut butter so we often do butter or cream cheese and jelly.  We freeze a squeeze yogurt and it is ready by lunchtime and we also stick in a regular ice pack.  We do lunch meats - again with an ice pack.  Her lunch bag is thermal so things stay cold.  Cheese and crackers or cheese and a bagel are also great.  We toss in some basic fruits or veggies and she's ready to go.
