We're inviting a total of 95 people (stupid DHs giant family) and I expect that 60 will come, some only for a bit!

    Here is mine:

    -          Cheese, Sausage, Cracker Platter (include Swiss Cheese, Salami)

    -          Chips and Salsa

    Early Dinner:

    -          Burgers, Brats (fulfills sausage), Hot Dogs

o   Condiments: Buns, Cheese (including swiss), pickles (fulfills pickle), onions, mustard, ketchup

    -          Green Salad (fulfills one nice leaf!)

    -          White Cheddar Mac & Cheese

    -          Veggie Tray (dip in peppers!)

    -          Fruit Salad and fruit dip (with apples, pears, plums off to the side, strawberries, oranges, watermelon)

    -

    Dessert:

    -          Cupcake tower with Chocolate and Vanilla cupcakes (fulfills cupcake, chocolate cake)

    -          Smash Cake

    -          Dirt Cake with worm ?caterpillars?

    -          Ice Cream Bar: Chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, sprinkles, cherries (fulfills cherry pie), cones

    -          Lollipops

    Drinks:

    -          Water

    -          Wine

    -          Beer

    -          Soda

    -          Lemonade

    -          Iced Tea (sweet and unsweet)

    -          Something frozen to use fat straws!

Don't mind the "Fulfills" notes... I want to incorporate the foods the Hungry Caterpillar eats and I just C&Ped from my spreadsheet.  I did take out my notes about when I'm making, who's bringing, what platters to use, etc.!
