Balance Translocation?

We just found out that my DH's bloodwork came back with a balance translocation in his chromosomes, my RE said that some people can go on to have a healthy baby but that it results in higher incidents of m/c.  Has anyone dealt with this and have success stories either natural or with fertility treatments?  TIA!

I am not a success story yet :0) However my DH has balanced translocation also we are in the midst of our first IVF cycle with ICSI and PGD
