Pretty sure DS has a yeast rash. I was on antibiotics and still bf. The only other time he's had it was before we started cding. Do I need to bleach the diapers?
You need to bleach your diapers, but you also need to add about 20 drops of GFSE (grapefruit seed extract) and/or Tea Tree Oil. The oils are the only things that will kill the yeast spores.

We didn't bleach them. We just stripped and added 50 drops of grape seed oil to the final rinse.

Can I bleach pockets and fitteds or only prefolds? What about fleece liners (which were actually the only thing to touch his skin but I figure bacteria travels) and inserts?
I bleach mine. I'm dealing with it yet again, and not messing around - I tried everything last time, and bleach was the only thing that stopped the reinfection.
I bleach, use tea tree oil in the rinse, and use biokleen with GFSE in it.
You bleach everything. You only use 1/4c in your dispenser and super hot water - turn up your water heater if you have to.
This, plus a few drops of Teatree oil. While the infection was there I bleached every other wash and used Teatree oil every time. Plus, of course used the ointment my pedi prescribed.
