Recurrent loss ladies, please come in

Hi Ladies, 

I am mainly a poster over in 2IF, but I thought maybe this might be the place to check in re. a recurrent loss question.  

My first miscarriage was at about 6 weeks, of unknown cause.  I conceived my daughter several months later, who was lost to a congenital heart defect.  We had been TTC for more than a year (including fertility treatments) and had success in April with a frozen embryo with a normal genetic screening.  Today I found out that the pregnancy is non-viable, and I am waiting to miscarry.  

I have already had the traditional coagulopathy work-up, I'm on aspirin and Lovenox.  I am just starting treatment for very mildly increased TSH, but my thyroid function is still normal.  

I am interested in hearing about any work-up you have had for genetic disorders in you or DH.  Also, any evaluation for auto-immune causes of recurrent loss.

TTC #1 12/2009
BFP #1 1/2010, M/C 6 weeks
BFP #2 6/2010, DD lost to congenital heart disease, we are heartbroken.

TTC #2 4/2011, diagnosed MTHFR, FVL
Four natural cycles BFN; Clomid IUI BFN; Follistim IUI BFN;
1/2012 IVF #1 BFN
4/2012 FET BFP #3
5/2012 7w1d u/s: anembryonic demise; M/C @ 8w.
6/2012 found Stage II/III endo on laparoscopy, removed w/ laser.
8/2012 IVF #2 epic fail: no viable embryos.

Vacation, break, second opinions, on to new RE.
1/2013 Surprise chemical pregnancy BFP #4 (break cycle), IVF #3 postponed.
2/2013 TI w/ hormonal support, prednisone, aspirin, Lovenox, acupuncture gave us a miracle BFP #5!
Heartbeat on U/S at 6w1d! Baby,please stay!!
Our miracle baby boy arrived 10/2013!  We are so in love!!

10/2014 Surprise BFP #6
Our second daughter arrived in May 2015!  We are so grateful!

    ::HUGS::  So sorry for your losses.

    MH and I have been tested for absolutely everything (both RPL and IF) and have both turned out 'normal'.  The last tests we had done were a saliva genetic test (with a company called Counsyl- got the kit from my RE) and b/w for karyotyping. We also had all the b/w for RPL (can't remember all it included) and that came back normal too.

    I hope you get some (treatable or good) answers.

    I'm so sorry for your losses. I had the coag workup, thyroid test , Anti-cardiolipon antibodies, anti-phospholipid antibodies, and DH and I both had karyotyping. Ours all came back normal too. Best of luck in finding answers.

    Have you had any immune testing done besides the thyroid?.. My Dr is a reproductive immunologist and he runs a custom RLP... He sees patients from all over the world. It might be a good idea for you to call him. His website is preventmiscarriages.com... I am so sorry for your losses!!!

    I am very sorry for your losses. I have had a full RPL panel, full thyroid panel, an HSG, and karyotyping (me and DH). Like BEB, everything's normal.

    We are in the middle of testing now as I just started to meet with re. I've had rpl, cd 21 testing and most recently kerotyping.  My next step is cd 3 testing, amh, and a saline sonogram. I have a gut feeling everything is going to come back normal and I will get no answers. What's very frustrating is that I didn't have any issues conceiving or staying pg with my 2 boys. 

    I am very sorry for your losses.

    BFP: 2/27/12. u/s showed blighted ovum at 9wks Natural m/c started 4/11, cytotec 4/13/12 (at 12 wks). **

    First appt with RE 5/7. Testing complete. Dx: luteal phase defect

    BFP 10/25/12. u/s on 11/16 confirms heartbeat image
