I feel like a FTM but here goes-when you feel the tightening in your middle that's BH, right? What about if it seems somewhat frequent but painless? Still BH, right? Please talk me down, I didn't feel them until much later w/DD#1 which worries me even though I know it's fine to feel them at this point
Yep, those are BH! You know, I was reading my belly journal from my first pregnancy and at this very week, I was experiencing BH contractions. It's so crazy that he was the only one I had those with. I am on my 4th and still no BH contractions!! We'll see tho
Sounds like just BH to me. But, if you're having them frequently, I think it's your body's way of telling you to take it easy & drink more water
2 days ago, I had them so bad, I could barely walk upstairs to put DS to bed. I know I overdid it that day b/w doing housework, yard work & keeping up with DS.

I'm thinking I might have overdone it, too. I was at the gym working out when they started. Am on the couch watching TV now so I think I'll be ok.
My OB warned me at my 12 week appt that 2+ moms feel BH a lot sooner than you do on the first pregnancy. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just rest and drink plenty of water!

I've been getting them too! its much earlier than my last pregnancy, but i attribute it to chasing my active toddler around all day. I was able to rest much more last time.

Yes, I get them several times a day. There is no rhyme or reason behind them, they're painless, just a little uncomfortable.
The other day my stomach felt like I had been doing crunches because it was a little sore from all the BH's.
