For caffeine intake I drink a small amount of coffee in the morning. I drink probably 6-8 oz and it's half and half. My question is, do you drink soda/pop/coke and how much? Thanks!!
I drink one caffeinated beverage a day, whether it be sweet tea, pop, or a coffee. I rarely drink full caff coffee, but do on occasion. The rest of the day, I either drink water or Sprite.
Soda has about 30mg of caffeine a can...I drink probably 3 or 4 cokes a day...still well under the 200-300mg cutoff. Some days, like Fridays, I'll throw in a frappe from BK or Starbucks...or I'll add a cup of coffee in there. I really don't obsess... If I feel like I might be hitting the threshold, I'll cut back, but some days I go over by just a bit.

I drink a cup of half caff in the morning & either a glass of juice or ice tea later in the day. I'm not much of a soda drinker, but I think it's fine to have that, too.
Sprite, ginger ale & root beer don't even have caffeine!
I don't like coffee or pop. I drink water, 100% juice or herbal tea so my caffeine intake is about nada. My body is so unused to caffeine that if I have a really chocolatey dessert late at night, it will keep me up.
I actually used to drink soda every once in a blue moon and normally threw away most of it. But this spawn seems to love it! I have been drinking at least 5 or 6 a week. Only one a day though.

I switched to no caffeine pop. I drink Rootbeer, Sprite, and Sierra Mist. Every once in a while, I crave chocolate, which has caffeine in it, so I don't 100% cut it out, but mostly I do. The March of Dimes recommends keeping it to 200mg or less a day. I'd rather just not chance it with my baby.

I also only drink water or herbel tea... I do have a Zevia soda once every 2-3 weeks... They can be found at whole foods or other healthy food stores...
I drink a can, maybe 2, of coke a day. I try to only have caffeine once a day, but sometimes I need a little pick me up! I'm not usually a coke drinker, but I craved it with my first pregnancy too!

I did not drink caffeine in the first trimester. In the second, my migraines increased in intensity and frequency, and I can't take my normal meds...caffeine is the only thing that helps even a little! So I just try to stay under the 200mg line.
I drink some half caff coffee in the morning and then occasionally a Coke (once or twice a week) later in the day. There are days I have more and days I have less. I'm always mindful of staying under 200 mg.

I wasn't a huge caffeine drinker in the first place. I've never had coffee in my life before. It just doesn't seem appealing to me. I used to have a diet coke once or twice a week, but gave it up when I got pregnant. It wasn't hard to give up since I didn't have it that often. I usually just have water, lemonade, or sprite.
i quit coffee in 1st tri, but went back to it in 2nd.. it acutally helps keep regular- who would have known!
if i drink more than my morning coffee i will have 1 can of coke and potentially a couple of days a week something in the evening if we go out.. i try to limit myself to no more than 2-3 cafinated drinks/day..
I usually have one per day. I always used to have coffee in the morning, and wasn't really a soda drinker except the occasional sprite. I avoided caffeine completely in the beginning, but now all of a sudden I want soda all the time. I don't know why, but i try to stick to one per day. If I have a tea, I will drink a sprite or root beer.
A drink a travel mug of coffee in the morning (that I make at home, so it tends to have less caffeine than say, Starbucks) and one 12 or 20 oz soda/day. That's still way less than the allotted amount, but caffeine helps my allergies tremendously.
Today I'm having a full-caff cup b/c MH is home and made the pot but I usually skip during the week and we drink half-caff on the weekends. I also have one small 8oz Coke a couple of times per week.
I never wasn't a HUGE caffeine drinker before becoming pregnant but I would have an occasional diet coke. On weekends I'd have a couple cups of coffee. Now I rarely have caffeine. I haven't had a cup of coffee either decaf (yuck) or regular in about 5 months and as for pop I'll have an occasional Sprite and Rootbeer or I'll have a caffeine free diet coke...I try to drink a lot of water and also have milk with either lunch, dinner or both.
I've found it I have something with caffeine now I get a headache!
I haven't had coffee since I found out I was pregnant, but weaned myself down to half calf while we were considering trying for a baby. I do drink iced tea everyday abd right now I can't get enough of sweet tea. I was late for work today just so I could go to McDonalds!

I drink one cup of full caf coffee in the morning. I usually drink water throughout the rest of the day (with an occasional ginger ale or sprite thrown into the mix). Sometimes I will have a second caffinated beverage later in the afternoon (coffee or a coke), but that's rare. Before I got pregnant with #1 I drank 4 or 5 cups of coffee a day - so this is a great improvement for me!
I gave up all caffeine as soon as I found out I was pregnant... I used to have a cup of coffee a day and the occasional soda. Now I drink only non-caffeinated sodas and decaf coffee every once in awhile
Pre-pregnancy I drank 8-12 cups of coffee a day and during work deadlines <cringe> 4-6 sugar free redbulls instead. Now I drink 2 cups of regular coffee if I'm at the office parked at my desk for 10-12 hours. And it's miserable... I constantly want to nap. Oh well! If I'm out in the field, I drink 1c if any.

I am a big coffee drinker, but gave it up for both pf my pregnancies.
Decaf is not the same, but helps.
