First off I would like to say that I'm not even sure I belong here... I have two children, but today at what was supposed to be my NT scan, I discovered that the baby stopped developing a few weeks ago. This is now my second loss. We are going to TTC again in a few months but until then I was hoping to hang out here...

Things to avoid during pregnancy: Eye contact with cats. Cats will suck the burgeoning life right out of you, using their infamous feline mind-powers. Avert your eyes, and move along.

FACT: 1 in 10 people are said to be a carrier of Listeria. Therefore you should avoid all shopping malls, grocery stores and busy street corners for the duration of your pregnancy. Or microwave anyone you contact until steaming, just to be safe.

    I'm very sorry for your losses.  Welcome to the board.

    You might also want to check out the miscarriage/loss board.  Those ladies were an amazing support system while all the emotions were so new and raw.

    Sorry you have to join us.  Even if you do have children, losing a baby is never easy.

    It was a rough road, but Arlo Daniel was born April 1, 2013—and our second rainbow is due October 12, 2014.

    BFP #1:  8/10/11 EDD: 4/9/12 Natural miscarriage @ 7 weeks: 8/20/11
    BFP #2: 8/31/12 EDD: 5/18/13 Chemical pregnancy: 9/4/12
    BFP #3:  5/17/13  EDD: 1/24/14 Loss at 5 weeks: 5/29/13

    Lots of testing, all clear with the exception of compound heterozygous for the MTHFR mutation. 

    Cycle 1: Femara, trigger shot, Bravelle added due to slow response = BFN
    Cycle 2: Cancelled due to two cysts =(
    Cycle 3: Femara, Bravelle, trigger shot and IUI = BFP then loss #3
    Cycle 4: Femara, Follistim, trigger shot and IUI = BFP!  EDD: 6/7/14

    I am so sorry for your losses.

    You are absoluetly welcome here.  After my first loss, I spent time on the mc/loss boards but after 2nd loss I came straight here because I knew from previous lurking and some posting that this is a good place to be.
