I am really worried about my water intake...which is not alot! I did not drink any water before I got pregnant...I know very bad...and then in the first few weeks I drank a lot but now, I can seem to stomach it. It makes me so neautious.
Do any of you ladies have some suggestions on what I can do to get it down my throat?

I've always consumed a lot of water in a day - recently, though, it makes my nausea worse too. Not fun.
I have found, for me at least, it's easier to drink when it's *really really* cold with lots of ice. Also, a squirt of lemon juice is helping me drink more without feeling so sick.
Make a pregnancy ticker
Around week 5 water became an absolute no, so I tried a bunch of things and the most consistently okay combo was that neon green powderade mixed with water and tons of ice.
Since yesterday, I'm back to water. Yay! It has to be cooooold, but so much better than the past 5 weeks.
You can get the little packets of flavor at the grocery store to add flavor, or add in cucumbers or lemons or limes. You can buy sparkling water if that helps too.
It will get easier. I usually give myself a goal, like finish a bottle in an hour and then I can watch something stupid on TV guilt free for 20 minutes.
