Cramps after orgasm...but only after ovulation

So this has been happening for the past 6 months or so, and I had made an appt with my gyn to discuss it, but then I got my BFP and ended up cancelling that appt. I never made it back to see her before my m/c, so I never got to ask her.

So, yeah, anytime after ovulation when I orgasm, I get AF-type cramps that last for several minutes and then go away. Before ovulation, no cramps after orgasm. I had the same sorts of cramps when I was pregnant if I had an orgasm.

Anyone have anything similar or know of a good explanation?

    That only happens to me if AF is expected with in a day or two... I have no explanation though.  But they are the worst cramps ive ever had...

    Yeah, it started out like that for me, too...then I started noticing it was happening for 2 WEEKS before AF, and it lined up perfectly with the time after O. So annoying!

    ok weird..I just posted a similar thread.  I've noticed that I now get AF type cramps around O time.  Had a positive OPK yesterday and today AF cramping... I don't like having cramps twice a month now!
