I just had some spotting (TMI warning) light pink & not a lot at all but I'm kind of freaking out. I'm at work for the next 4 days, headed to Cali today. I could call in sick and get back home but I don't want to freak out over nothing.
Spotting's the worst, especially when you're working. It's so hard to stay calm and focus on your job. I've had moments like that, where I just want to say I'm sick and stay home. But honestly, like my OB Coordinator said, we're not in control of anything. What's going to happen is going to happen. It doesn't make us feel better but unfortunately it's true. For me, if I stayed home I'd be by myself most of the day and would just go crazy obsessing over it, you know?
I've had some spotting as well. It started as light pink and then I had some brown discharge (Sorry, TMI back at ya). I called my doc and they said as long as it wasn't red and I wasn't cramping to not worry about it. I had an u/s about a week later and saw the baby's heartbeat:) Have you had an u/s yet? I would try not to worry about it but maybe put a call into your doc just to let them know what is going on. Oh, and I still spot on and off, maybe a couple times a week I notice it but it just seems normal now...
Also, did you by any chance have sex recently? It could be from that!

I did have an ultrasound, last Monday & we saw the heartbeat (116, which seems low to me but the dr said it was perfectly normal) and the little bean, she even said that my ovaries looked good! No sex recently (much to the chagrin of my H) this weekend was just too busy!
There is no cramping, yet anyway, and it's not red, just pink. Worst case I can get home tomorrow but today isn't an option.
I really wouldn't worry about it too much! Easier said that done, right?! When I had the brown discharge I was hysterical, I was so sure I was having a miscarriage and guess what, everything is fine! What you have described sounds normal! When you aren't working and have some down time, I would take it easy...try to put your legs up and maybe watch some good tv to take your mind off of it but I know it is so nerve-racking!

I spotted a lot for what felt like forever and my doctor said honestly there really isn't anything they can do. As long as you aren't having bad cramps, big clots or bright red you are probably fine. She put me on pelvic rest, no exercise and told me to just rest as much as possible. I work f/t as well so I just made sure to take it easy when I could.

Thanks ladies. I was telling myself it was probably nothing and even I'd it was something it wasn't in my hands but it always helps (sometimes its better!) to hear it from someone else.

I actually just saw some really light brownish pink spotting when I wiped about an hour ago. I cried. Then I told myself to stop worrying because it's not red, there was only a tiny bit, and nothing else seems wrong.
You are definitely in my T&Ps, I need some T&Ps too. This does suck!

Try to just take it as easy as possible and remember it could be nothing out of the ordinary!
