B2B IUI

I see some women in here do a B2B IUI...my RE does not offer this option.  We are dealing with mild MFI so not sure we would even be elibible for it.  Has anyone with MFI done B2B IUI?

I did, but only with my inject cycles, not Clomid. We have MFI, and like you, it's pretty mild. We got 12 million TMS for the first IUI, and I was shocked when we got 16 million TMS just 24 hours later!

My RE doesn't do B2B IUI, and I couldn't find much research on it really increasing chances either.

My RE does B2B IUI's. It's their standard protocol. His feeling is that since your body can ovulate in such a wonky time frame after trigger and washed sperm only live for 12 hours, he has bases covered. We also had slight MFI. My husband had around 8 mil washed sperm each time.

For my first IUI I triggered, had first IUI 12 hours later, and then again 24 hours after that. (so 12 and 36 hr post trigger.)

The second cycle I had my first IUI RIGHT after trigger. And then again 24 hours later. I got my BFP from that cycle.

2/12: 100 mg Clomid + Bravelle last minute+ back to back IUI. BFN
    3/12 150mg Clomid + B2B IUI =BFP!! TWINS!

This.  We got pregnant last cycle from B2Bs and that's what we will be doing in the future cycle as well.  I'd rather be safe than sorry.
