serious Nauseous? found out something that helps

I found that mint candy or gum is a life saver with feeling nauseous. I thought I was going to get sick in Target and was so pale and my DH felt so bad and all I said was mint gum and I felt better in about 2 minutes no lie and now I carry it with me every where I go. Thought I'd share my findings :)

  • I discovered this about 2 weeks ago! It's amazing. I have a giant bag of scotch mints and gum on me all the time lol

  • See, I've heard this works wonders but it actually makes me more sick.  

     

    My body hates me.  I have found that citrus smells help me though, so we have a bazillion citrus candles and air fresheners around.  And I slice oranges and lemons in half and sniff them throughout the day.

    After I found it I told DH that I'm buying it in bulk lol he said "if that's what you want that's what we'll do" :)

    Peppermint lifesavers have been good to me, but I can only suck on 1/2 at a time, otherwise they are to spicy. Gum has also been a good quick fix.

    Our secretary keeps mints on her desks to give out to students with sick tummies, so I thought I'd try it. Turns out, it definitely works. Now I have a huge bag of starlight peppermints in my purse!

    Candies and gum helped for me early on, but now they make me insta-sick. I can chew ginger gum for approximately 10 or so chews and then it's got to go or else!

    Pregnancy is so weird.
